Fitness sessions will be varied every time you work out with us. This challenges your body, maximises weight loss, strength and fitness and most importantly - stops you getting bored.
We focus on strength based exercises, Olympic weight lifting techniques,
circuits, body weight exercises, jump training, we'll teach you how to skip... and more.
We can train you anywhere - we can bring the kit to you, meet you outside, or (restrictions allowing) you can train at the home gym setup.
There are also group fitness tests you can take part in to measure your progress. This will also give you the chance to chat to others on the same journey.
Throughout the whole 6 or 12 week programme and beyond, you will get our full support. Be that face to face, by phone, Facebook, text - whatever suits.
We will keep a record of your progress, fitness test results, measurements - you will want to see the differences you have made.
If you attend group sessions, you will meet others who are also on a journey, you'll support each other too.
We will offer you tips on how to stay on track - We want you to succeed. We don't just want you to focus of losing weight, we want you to focus on being HEALTHY!
3 Personal Training sessions a week, EVERY WEEK. If you do those during daytime hours, they will be 1 to 1 sessions. If you come in the evenings, they may be small group sessions of 2-3 people.
PLUS optional group Fit Camp sessions during the programme. No extra cost.
Fitness tests - 1 at the beginning and one at the end.
We will guide you on how to devise your own fitness sessions.
