Our goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle. We use progressive fitness training at Body Zone FIT, if your fitness level is currently low, we will adjust the session for you to help you every step of the way and there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus.

Regular bootcamps run every Monday and Thursday evening, and are our most popular sessions. We do all sorts of training, including Strength Training, HIIT, Beach Training, Boxercise, Kettlebells, TRX and more. All levels, beginners to intense.
Boxing fitness runs on Saturday mornings. 8am til 9. - 8.30
