Men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, We will get the very best out of you. Our bootcamp sessions are mostly held outdoors, with lots of motivation and fun! Our goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle. We use progressive fitness training at Body Zone FIT, if your fitness level is currently low, we will adjust the session for you to help you every step of the way and there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus.

Standard Fitness Bootcamps:
These run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning and are our most popular sessions. We do all sorts of training, including Strength Training, HIIT, Beach Training, Boxercise, Kettlebells, TRX and more.
Similar to the standard bootcamps, but slightly shorter at 45minutes. Great for those who want a fitness blast before work to set them up for the day.
For the fittest amoung you, who want to really push themselves to the limit. These sessions are no frills, just good, hard, focussed fitness. Are you ready to challenge yourselves?
These are perfect for those who want to do bootcamp but who are totally new to fitness, returning from injury or who don't feel quite ready for full bootcamp just yet.
We aim to teach you good form for basic bootcamp movements, run you through some light circuits and get you ready to progress up to the next level.
TRX is brilliant for toning and strengthening the core and upper body. Becoming very popular, as it is one of very few TRX classes in Eastbourne. Our trainer James is a bit of a guru! Book your space as places are limited. Held at our Body Zone Clinic in Cornfield Road.
Evening Bootcamps: Monday and Thursday 18.30 - 19.30.
Saturday Bootcamps: 7.30am - 8.30
