Strength & Conditioning Coach & Licensed Rugby Coach
After leaving the Army in 2013, having played all forms of Rugby at high levels, not to mention having been a fully active soldier for 19 years I decided to put all my physical fitness and coaching experience into training others. I am a fully qualified Reps and 1st4sport Strength and Conditioning coach as well as a RFU and Rugby league coach.
My goal as a coach/trainer is to provide quality fitness sessions that are varied, interesting and enable you to reach your goals. For those not confident enough to venture to a gym or train alone, I will help build that confidence to enable you be-able to eventually carry out your own training unaided. Sessions can be carried out in a small area, indoors or outside. I use a mixture of kettlebells, body weight exercises, weightlifting, plyometric training, boxing, rugby drills and more...
