Natalie provides a detailed knowledge of the body with a caring and sensitive intuition to help assist each individual with their symptoms, aches and pains and health goals through her bodywork therapies and also encouraging self-reflection, self-awareness and motivation for becoming our happiest and healthiest selves.
I became interested in how the body and mind affect wellbeing originally through my professional dance training at Trinity Laban school of Contemporary Dance. I then travelled to Cambodia and Thailand and became interested in the Eastern philosophies and understanding of health which instigated my appreciation for tai chi and qi gong healing arts. This led to my keen interest in Chinese Medicine as a way of assisting balance and harmony in the body/mind entity. I went on to study a Foundation Degree in Complementary Healthcare at Brighton University, finishing with Distinction in 2015 followed by a 2 year intensive clinical apprenticeship in Chinese Medicine instructed by my Chinese Medicine lecturer at his acupuncture clinic. My interest in helping to motivate my clients in reaching their health goals grew further and led to a Primary Certificate in Health & Wellbeing coaching at the Centre For Coaching, London (approved by the British Psychological Society).
Through my own health journey I have found a harmonious balance can be achieved through integrating holistic and healthy practices into every day life a bit at a time in small steps. I have a desire to support others in also finding this process for themselves through following a path of reflection and commitment to self love and care towards a more harmonious, peaceful and contented way of life.
